I’m sure that you would feel very excited and overwhelming that you will becoming a parent soon, but not everybody would feel the same way right? Some will be freak out and doesn’t know what to do next especially when it is the first pregnancy that you ever had.

I’ve made a search on Google about pregnancy and I found out there is about 237,000,000 searches. Therefore it could be concluded that many peoples looking for pregnancy information on tips, advice, guideline, etc. Some of them maybe wanted to avoid from being pregnant or maybe some are eagerly want to get pregnant as soon as possible or some of them also maybe looking for tips on how to care themselves during pregnancy period. Who knows what they really wanted each of us have their own reason why.

Whatever the purposes they wanted to know about pregnancy, the most important thing is they need to know better about women’s body. Woman holds biggest key of pregnancy. Why do I say so? It’s because every once a month, they will having their special period called ovulation cycle where they produce an eggs and this eggs only lives for a period of 12 to 16 hours in a cycle and some say the life span of these egg reach about 12 to 24 hours. Unlike woman, men produce something they call sperm and they could produce their sperm anytime, these sperm look like a tadpole and it is very small that you can’t even see with your naked eyes.

Although women hold the biggest key for pregnancy, without the male sperm, pregnancy wouldn’t be possible to happen. I’m sure most of us know that fact already, but does everybody know when is the best time to get pregnant? The egg starts developing from the end of the menstrual cycle and between the 8th to 12th days it is at its maximum. So the chance to get pregnant is the most, if one has intercourse on the 8th, the 10th and the 12th day. This is the most effective time to get pregnant. So it is important to hit it at the correct time!

However the above method is not necessary work because there are several factors that would effect the ovulation cycle where most of it related to their hormone production. One other method to know when the best moment to get pregnant is by using BBT (Basal Body Temperature) technique. This technique is done by recording the vaginal temperature every morning using BBT thermometer. If the thermometer shows higher temperature then usual, it means that it is the ideal time to get pregnant.
